SPRING MENU
Each year, our spring menu is inspired by flavors of the world. We select ingredients, colors, and flavors that highlight and celebrate unique offerings from different countries in an effort to introduce our community to new delights. This year, we chose to highlight sweet dishes from Morocco, Japan, France, and Greece while focusing on the beautiful colors, ingredients, and textures of Ireland, India, Mexico, and Malawi. Here is a look at the spring bowls and smoothies — including a few dairy-free options — you can order these next few months:
FEMALE-OWNED FOUNDATION
BARE Blends was founded in 2018 as a result of a shared vision between our two founders: Jessica and Ann-Marie. After being a member throughout her nutritional studies in college, Ann-Marie wanted to work at Jessica’s yoga studio as a teacher, but the conversation quickly evolved into something more. With a shared interest in health and helping others, the two teamed up to launch a vegan cafe that emphasizes gluten-free, plant-based products. Thus, BARE Blends was born. Jessica asked Ann-Marie to manage the first location to give her experience in the short term, and the two haven’t looked back since. Together with Jessica’s extensive experience in business ownership and Ann-Marie’s background in nutrition, the two have continuously worked to improve BARE Blends every day, routinely crafting rich, dairy-free products our communities love.
RECOGNIZE WOMEN IN YOUR LIFE
We want to continue our support for these inspirations throughout all of our BARE communities. To do this, we are holding a contest in which you can nominate the deserving women in your life.
